Lack of Replies in "New Charts" Threads

One reason for the lack of replies in the "New Charts" threads is that only Moderators can reply to messages in the whole of the "Announcements" forum, according to the error message.
I've tried to add a small sample of my famous wit to a number of those threads, but always get told to "Go forth and multiply" by the system.
All us ordinary people DOOOOOOO think you're a most wonderful person, for putting the charts up, though, even if we can't say so in the particular thread itself.
