New Charts for 20/11/04 and Update Announcement

Firstly, the charts are up. Sorry for the lack of an update last week but I had a broken monitor and could not access the live Avatar server to pull off the charts.

Secondly, we have re-enabled account creation for anyone who logs in. This shall be a trial to see if it will be abused. The reason why we prevented account creation in the past was that people created a new account and then never played again - we then had to manually remove them from the player database. What we will do this time is purge the player database regularly of people who are level 1 and below and have not played for some time.

Yes I did but I couldn't use Zmud's auto logon with the emulator, and it's a different password on the test version..
